Cookies

Analytics

We are using Matomo to analyse how our user interact with our Service. Matomo is used to analyse the behaviour of the website visitors to identify potential pitfalls; not found pages, search engine indexing issues, which contents are the most appreciatedโ€ฆ Once the data is processed (number of visitors reaching a not found pages, viewing only one pageโ€ฆ), Matomo is generating reports for us to take action, for example changing the layout of the pages, publishing some fresh contentโ€ฆ etc.

We don’t use analytical cookies and any personally identifiable information from data sets is removed, so that any person browsing our Service remain anonymous.

Without the analytical data, we would not be able to provide you the service we are currently offering to you. Your data will be used only to improve the user experience on our website and help you find the information you are looking for.

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. Our team members have access to this information to help fulfils orders, process refunds and support you.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
